A power adapter is not included. Audiophiles typically prefer their own. We avoid shipping accessories that may end up unused — fewer boxes, less waste. We provide exact specifications and recommendations in the setup guide.

When can I order?
The DMP ONE is going through its final product certification. As soon as that's complete, we open ordering. Join our newsletter and you'll be the first to know — and first in line for the initial run.
Can I return the DMP ONE if I am not satisfied?
Yes. You have 30 days from receipt to return the product, no reason required (14 days statutory EU withdrawal right plus 16 days goodwill). Audiophile products need time to evaluate in your own listening environment. We provide a prepaid return label — we charge a €7 flat fee. The product must be in its original condition and the case unopened respectively the seal lacquer undamaged.
Does the DMP ONE work with my DAC?
The DMP ONE works with any USB Audio Class 2 compliant DAC — which is essentially every modern USB DAC. It supports up to PCM 384/32 and DSD512 natively or as DoP.
What software do I need to install?
You install DMP NEXUS CORE — our control application. On Windows you also install our ASIO and ASIO/WAVERT drivers. Optionally, you can install the DMP NEXUS PLAYER, our reference player that supports DSD512 natively for local file playback.
How do I get support if something does not work?
Contact us through the support form on our website. We aim to answer within 48 hours. For hardware issues within the 2-year warranty, we handle RMA and ship replacement units from Germany. Your message reaches us directly.
